  1. It is pointed out that there are risks in the camp due to the respective sports training and other activities carried out as part of the camp program, which cannot be prevented even if the organizer takes the greatest possible care, whereby the organizer is only liable for gross negligence. Participation in the camp is, therefore at your own risk.

  2. The organizer is not liable for damage to property unless it is due to gross negligence. No liability is accepted for damage caused by third parties.

  3. To cover the risks and dangers generally associated with the sport and the other activities carried out as part of the camp program, the participant will take out appropriate insurance (liability insurance, accident insurance, travel insurance, and the like). The participant confirms that he has taken out valid insurance in the above sense for the duration of his camp stay.

  4. The participant also complies with the relevant rules of conduct (e.g. FIS rules) while participating in the camp.

  5. The participant knows that video and audio recordings will be made for school purposes during the camp. At this point, the participant agrees that these may be used free of charge for the organizer's advertising purposes (publication on the organizer's homepage, Facebook, etc.).

  6. Participation in the training camp that has already been booked can be canceled in writing by the participant free of charge up to 60 days (receipt) before the start of the camp. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the camp will incur a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days before the start of the camp or during the camp stay due to injury, illness, or any other reason whatsoever, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, and there will be no refund of the training, lift or hotel costs.

  7. Furthermore, it should also be pointed out that the camp price must be paid in full and that the training or hotel costs will not be reimbursed if the training is canceled for reasons not in the sphere of the organizer (bad weather, wind, etc.). , closed lifts due to weather conditions, etc.).

  8. If a camper cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (pandemic, disaster, or law changes), the registration and fees will be carried over to the next camp season.

  9. If the camp cannot open or close due to unforeseen circumstances (pandemics, disasters, or changes in the law), the fees can be carried over to the next camp season, or a fee refund can be requested.

  10. For any disputes, the exclusive application of Swiss law, except those reference standards that lead to the application of foreign law, and the jurisdiction of the court in Zurich, Switzerland, is agreed upon.

  11. By registering as a participant/legal representative, you confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions and agree that the contractual relationship will be based on them.
